Josh brings a wealth of experience in financial management to the team, and is poised to use his expertise to help further the company’s and its client’s growth. He began his career as a CPA. With ambition to make a greater impact, he decided to diversify into the recruiting industry where he saw the potential for creating opportunities on both sides of the hiring equation; helping candidates match their skills and goals with fulfilling career opportunities while also strengthening Omaha’s business community.
After seven years in the industry, Josh wanted to further indulge his entrepreneurial spirit and started a recruiting firm from scratch which rapidly grew under his stewardship. Having achieved great success, Josh sold his stake in the company in 2021 and set out explore expansion possibilities within other home service businesses and other industries. This brought him to Titan Group, where he looks forward to enabling continued expansion across the nation.
An experienced inside sales professional with over 15 years of sales and management background. He began his career right after high school when he was mentored and managed a successful multi-location barbecue restaurant. This experience taught him valuable skills in both the logistical and personal aspects of running a business. During this time, he built strong connections with local vendors and business owners.
Looking for a new challenge, Nick entered the foodservice industry and started manufacturing and repairing state-of-the-art milkshake machines that were sold globally. Within two years, he became a lead salesperson in the west coast territory and was eventually promoted to Key Account Manager at the parent company. In this role, he sold high-end food products to chefs throughout the territory.
Despite his successful journey, Nick wanted more, which led him to join Titan Group. Here, he has been able to start and manage the inside sales department, making it his own.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his amazing wife Kayla and two children Miles and Marley. He actively coaches their sports teams and takes pride in watching them grow both mentally and athletically. In his free time, he enjoys working on cars, fishing, hunting, and constantly seeking new knowledge in his professional field.
